Lithium Battery Engineer

Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Design and oversee the connection of lithium-ion battery banks with various inverter brands and solar arrays to ensure seamless communication and performance.
• BMS Management: Configure and calibrate Battery Management Systems (BMS) to monitor cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge (SoC).
• Technical Diagnosis: Troubleshoot battery failures, capacity fade issues, and communication errors at the cell or module level.
• Assembly & Testing: Lead the assembly of battery packs and conduct rigorous load testing to verify discharge rates and cycle life before deployment.
• Quality Control: Implement strict safety protocols to prevent thermal runaway, short circuits, and overcharging during installation and usage.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports on battery health, performance metrics, and warranty claims for management and clients.
• Staff Training: Provide technical guidance to the field installation team on the handling and storage of lithium components.
