Leidos is seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Support Data Analyst II to join our dynamic team within the Litigation Support Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. This position is based at 450 5th Street NW, Washington, DC. While on-site work is required, with client approval, there may be opportunities to telework up to two or three days a week, at the client's discretion.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and revision of document processing procedures.
- Modify load files and conduct quality control on loaded data promptly and accurately.
- Run multiple load streams simultaneously.
- Process native files using iPRO.
- Export data from Relativity to generate load files for various platforms as requested by Case Managers.
- Perform data conversion processing for various document types.
- Handle special format data conversions and requests for file manipulation.
- Manage quality control on load files and Relativity data loads and exports.
- Conduct advanced requests, including creating exports for productions and executing quality control on files.
- Verify the accuracy of loads completed by new Data Specialists.
- Provide hands-on training to fellow Data Specialists as needed.
- Perform basic Relativity searches and global updates, as well as confirm record counts in Save Searches and Image redactions prior to exports for productions.
- Discuss data inconsistencies with Project and Case Managers clearly and accurately.
- Assist in conversations regarding data load file formats or media encryption software with relevant team members.
- Collaborate as part of a team, flexibly supporting colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in eDiscovery roles, including tasks like electronic files processing, data file conversion, and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of litigation support data loading, file manipulation, and database interactions.
- Experience with running bates image and native productions through Relativity or similar software.
- Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
- Proficient in Relativity, LAW, and IPRO or similar tools.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of hardware components.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexible scheduling with the willingness to work extra hours when needed.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of estimating timeframes for tasks effectively.
- Must obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Government's IT environment, including automation networks and applications.
- Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
- More than five years' experience in eDiscovery roles is preferred.
- Current or active clearance preferred.
