Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled LLM / Generative AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that go beyond traditional automation.

In this role, you will architect and implement agentic workflows and LLM-driven applications, owning the full lifecycle from proof of concept to production. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong system design skills to create scalable, reliable, and high-impact AI solutions integrated with real business processes.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications — from PoC to production-grade systems.
• Design and build agentic workflows that autonomously solve business problems.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Orchestrate and optimize multiple LLMs, ensuring performance, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Google Workspace via APIs and custom scripts.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, context management, and chaining logic for LLM-based agents.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI outputs (latency, hallucinations, reliability, and cost).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI/LLM ecosystem and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years with strong focus on AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building agentic workflows using frameworks or tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar.

AI / LLM Expertise

• Proven experience building applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, pgvector, etc.).
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering, context optimization, and response evaluation.

Systems & Integration

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (especially NetSuite) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Celigo or Boomi is a plus.

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (LangFuse, Helicone, etc.) and performance tuning.

Data & Security

• Understanding of data privacy, PII handling, and prompt injection risks.
• Experience optimizing systems for cost, latency, and reliability.
