We are seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage and execute large-scale data migration for a Learning Management System (LMS) transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data migration strategy and execution
- Migrate:
- User profiles
- Training history & certifications
- Course catalog & enrollments
- Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Work with technical teams on ETL processes and automation
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Required Experience
- 5+ years in data migration / ETL / system transitions
- Experience with LMS or HR systems data migration
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud systems
