Join a leading financial institution as a Loan IQ Environment Platform Engineer, responsible for the stability, performance, and governance of the Loan IQ lending platform. Responsibilities: • Act as the senior hands‑on SME for Loan IQ, providing advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and resolution of complex production and non‑production issues. • Lead deep‑dive analysis using SQL on the Loan IQ database to identify data issues, accounting breaks, lifecycle inconsistencies, and reconciliation defects. • Demonstrate expert understanding of Loan IQ functional architecture, including deal setup, drawdowns, repayments, fees, interest accruals, and accounting flows. • Own and manage Loan IQ environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD) in line with SDLC, change management, and release governance standards. • Provide platform‑level support across servers, middleware, schedulers, and batch processing, ensuring stability, performance, and resilience. • Partner with development teams to support code deployments, upgrades, hotfixes, and vendor patches, enabling zero‑defect releases into production. • Lead incident, problem, and major‑outage management, including post‑incident RCA documentation aligned with risk, audit, and compliance expectations. • Support and monitor interfaces and integrations between Loan IQ and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., GL, payments, reporting, data warehouses). • Drive proactive environment health checks, capacity planning, performance tuning, and automation to reduce operational risk and improve platform reliability. • Ensure strict adherence to enterprise controls, including SOX audit readiness, access management, data security, and regulatory compliance. • Serve as a technical escalation point for business, QA, and vendor teams, guiding defect triage, testing strategies, and production‑readiness reviews. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational‑excellence initiatives, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the Loan IQ estate.

Key Skills: • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Loan IQ SDK, APIs, data model, and Event Manager. • 2+ years of relevant experience in a financial services or platform‑engineering context. • Strong technical skills in SQL, Java, XML, and JSON, with experience working with RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server. • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ. • Strong understanding of commercial lending lifecycle, accounting flows, and reconciliation concepts. • Experience in environment management, SDLC/change governance, and release support.

Preferred Skills: • Experience with Fusion Global PAYplus and Fusion Payments to GO. • Background in banking or capital‑markets technology, including payments and GL integrations. • Experience in incident management, RCA, and risk/compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX).
