Local Field Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

Wings Over is seeking a Local Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Local Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building corporate store sales and local marketing initiatives in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate for this role will reside in Pittsburgh, PA.

Day in the Life (includes, but not limited to)

• Market the brand that aligns with the company’s mission and goals
• Network within our local markets
• Coordinate and execute food drops and marketing materials to local businesses and organizations within the store’s delivery areas
• Manage a team of part-time field marketers
• Attend local events such as festivals, local markets, concerts, sporting events, etc.
• Plan and execute local fundraisers for all corporate stores and additional field marketing efforts
• Manage local store marketing requests for corporate stores in your territory
• Work closely with our internal graphic design team to send artwork for any store’s out-of-pocket marketing spend
• Help plan and execute social media and influencer events
• Travel for new store openings to coordinate promotions, events and field marketing food drops
• Aid in on-site system-wide new store openings and food drop execution
• Help with catering order outreach
• Train operations team on marketing
• Provide a weekly summary, tracking, and reports of the week’s tasks
• Other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table

• Management experience in a previous role is required
• Restaurant or QSR industry experience is required
• Field-based marketing and/or field sales experience highly recommended
• Project management experience and/or events planning experience highly recommended
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
• A passion for restaurants and love for great food and guest services
• Enjoyment with talking to all guests and stopping by businesses unannounced
• Strong communication and organization details with high attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
• Positive attitude when interacting with others
• Ability to multitask and solve problems as issues arise
• Available some nights, holidays, and possibly weekends for community events
• Willingness to travel to other locations
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Legal US work authorization
