About the role
SUMMARY:
A luxury 5-star lodge is looking for an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the property. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth lodge operations, and strong team leadership while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. The kind of person who can handle guest expectations, staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day lodge operations and guest experience
- Lead and support lodge staff to maintain exceptional service standards
- Coordinate lodge logistics, activities, and operational planning
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Oversee financial best practices and operational efficiency
- Manage booking channels and lodge management systems
- Maintain high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or Leadership
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a luxury 5-star lodge
- Strong background in lodge operations and hospitality service standards
- Experience with up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s License
