Logistics Operator

Tasks

• Manage laboratory supplies, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels
• Oversee warehouse operations, including requisitioning, restocking of lab consumables and chemicals, and implementation of 6S and Kanban processes
• Coordinate the logistics of pharmaceutical samples and technical materials in compliance with internal procedures (e.g., goods receipt and shipment handling)
• Provide administrative and operational support to laboratory and office functions
• Maintain close collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Support and lead projects related to logistics and warehouse optimization

Qualification

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of spoken German
• Good interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics
• Degree or Apprenticeship in Logistics
