HCS Medienwerk GmbH, a company of Südwestdeutsche Medienholding (SWMH), is looking for a Local Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Sustainable establishment of digital sales processes in the regional team
- Support for media consultants in all digital matters
- If necessary, accompanying media consultants to customer appointments as a specialist expert
- Customer identification for digital potentials in the regional team
- Conducting digital trend research and analyses for the team
- Functioning as a digital idea generator in the team
- Digital product development for local customers or market needs, including digital cost controlling
- Evaluation of digital reporting for all digital advertising media of the team • based on defined KPIs
- Preparation for sales
- Discussion with the customer in cooperation with the media consultant
- Support for media consultants or independent processing of sold digital products
- Processing of sold early bird packages
- Digital campaign development, elaboration, and follow-up
- Optimization of advertising content of all digital media to improve advertising media performance, possibly in cooperation with the graphics department
- (Channel) support for local social media customers, if any
- (Channel) support for local team channels, if any
- Independent "advertising placement support" of the respective publishing channel • Planning of posts, ads for advertising clients
- Content creation • Scribbles/briefing for graphics
- Independent template filling via Canva
- Content creation (Reel shooting, image, etc.)
- Creation of creative templates, possibly in cooperation with the graphics department
- Copywriting (i.e., caption development with AI assistance
- Upload of advertising contributions to the publishing channel
- Placement of social ads on the publishing channel
- Performance monitoring of customer advertising contributions
- Preparation of reports for sales
- Holiday and sick leave cover for the local online marketing manager of another regional team

- Expert knowledge of all digital products in the portfolio regarding content, methods, and workflows
- Extremely high affinity for digital media and enjoyment of using them
- Ability to develop and implement innovative ideas in the digital sector
- Communication expert in the digital field
- Good teamwork skills
- High level of initiative
- Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
- Flexibility and sense of responsibility, analytical skills, and target group knowledge
- Common consulting techniques and methods are important competencies
