Technical Recruiter

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can help us identify and connect with top-tier web developers for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to conduct initial video screenings with candidates.

Recruiter Requirements:

• Access to LinkedIn Premium (Additionally Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite)
• Technical understanding or knowledge (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python)
• Excellent verbal English communication skills for conducting video screenings
• Availability to work and coordinate within the EST time zone
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging high-quality technical candidates

Responsibilities:

• Source and reach out to highly skilled web developers through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct initial video screenings to evaluate communication skills and technical background
• Identify candidates who meet our technical and communication standards
• Coordinate interviews with our internal team

Candidate Profile We are Looking For:

• Web developers with 5+ years of professional experience
• Fluent English speakers (C1–C2 level) with communication similar to a US native
• Able to work within the EST time zone
• Capable of participating in technical interviews
