Low Code Solution Architect

About the Role

As a Low Code Developer, your role will involve collaborating with operations, technology, transformation, and other key stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop ideas for process optimization. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and designing low code solutions to automate processes.

Key Accountabilities and Major Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various teams to identify key business and operational challenges for process optimization.
• Detailed analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements.
• Developing low code solutions to automate processes in coordination with operations and technology teams.
• Guiding citizen developers and junior professional developers on solution design and conducting code reviews.
• Conducting gap analysis between current and desired requirements and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Preparation of wireframes to depict current and desired user interfaces and adhering to key control/regulatory/audit standards.
• Ensuring clear understanding and controlled implementation of changes to products, best practices, and operating models by all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Expertise in developing business process automation solutions using low code platforms such as PEGA, Instabase, Python, and UiPath.
• Proven analysis skills with in-depth knowledge of financial operational environments.
• Experience in delivering automation solutions to operations teams and improving existing processes.
• Experience in global/multi-site projects and facilitating workshops with remote participants.
• Knowledge of relational databases for low-code data modeling is advantageous.
• 7-13 years of experience as a Low Code Developer in a top-tier investment management or financial services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to meet operational and project objectives within tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, ownership of issues, and determination to follow through.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation.
• Subject matter expertise in KYC, AML, and Client Reference Data is a plus.
