About the role

Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records of lubricant inventory across warehouses and distribution points • Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve variances • Track product costs, including base oil, additives, packaging, and logistics • Monitor product margins and prepare cost analysis reports • Review and reconcile lubricant sales transactions across channels • Monitor customer balances and support receivable follow-up • Ensure all transactions are accurately posted in the ERP system • Prepare periodic reports on sales, stock position, and cost performance • Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation of transactions Requirements: • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 5 years' experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, or FMCG • Strong experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation • Knowledge of product costing and margin analysis • Experience working with ERP systems • A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) is an added advantage • Cost accounting experience is an added advantage
