M&E Coordinator (Mechanical & Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E trades and ensure integration with all disciplines.
• Review drawings, submittments, and RFIs for accuracy and constructability.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor installation, progress, and quality on-site.
• Support scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Assist with inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of M&E coordination experience in ICI projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings; experience with AutoCAD/Revit is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
