M365 Engineer

About Us

Our team ensures our customers' communication and accompanies them on their journey to the cloud. We carry out projects in the areas of M365, Teams, and Exchange. We also support our sales crew with technical advice and pre-sales inquiries from our customers.

Your Role

You will be significantly involved in providing our customers with individual Citrix and M365 solutions. They rely on your technical expertise and engineering skills.

You will develop new solutions and concepts for the M365 environments (Exchange, Sharepoint, Entra ID, Security) of our enterprise customers. Your focus will be on consulting, conception, and implementation of innovative solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for our clientele.

• Always new challenges through new projects and requirements
• Conception and implementation of holistic Microsoft 365 architectures in the enterprise environment
• Conducting technical workshops and presentations
• Participation as Technical Presales
• Working with market-leading technologies in a motivated and dedicated team
• Practice-oriented training and continuous challenge through customer projects
• Execution of projects end-to-end, with a focus on independent and innovative work

Your Skills

• Degree (FH/HF) in Computer Science or comparable experience
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 area, especially in Exchange and/or Sharepoint
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Microsoft) are an advantage
• Experience in the implementation and administration of IT systems, both on-premise and in the cloud
• Very good knowledge of firewall, routing, identity, and security
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting with the ability to understand and communicate complex ICT customer solutions
• Enjoy direct customer contact and very good communication skills
• Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland and flexible working hours
• Dedicated, methodologically competent, and implementation-oriented to succeed in a dynamic and complex environment
• Very good German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
