Key Responsibilities

Area	What you’ll do
M365 Core Services	Engineer, operate, and harden Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID. Keep tenant configuration current, ensure reliability, and meet security/compliance standards.
Tier‑3 Support & Integration	Lead advanced troubleshooting, service hardening, workload onboarding, and cross‑service integrations (e.g., linking Teams with SharePoint or Dynamics).
Power Platform Governance	Design and manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, Dataverse provisioning, COE toolkit, connector approvals, DLP policies, and citizen‑developer intake processes.
AI & Copilot Enablement	Deploy and configure Copilot/AI‑related features, prepare the platform for automation and AI integration, and work with architecture/security teams on governance and licensing.
Collaboration	Partner with security, architecture, and compliance groups to maintain audit readiness, licensing alignment, and overall platform health.

Required Qualifications
