Key Responsibilities

| M365 Core Services | Engineer, operate, and harden Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID. Keep tenant configuration current, ensure reliability, and meet security/compliance standards. |
| Tier‑3 Support & Integration | Lead advanced troubleshooting, service hardening, workload onboarding, and cross‑service integrations (e.g., linking Teams with SharePoint or Dynamics). |
| Power Platform Governance | Design and manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, Dataverse provisioning, COE toolkit, connector approvals, DLP policies, and citizen‑developer intake processes. |
| AI & Copilot Enablement | Deploy and configure Copilot/AI‑related features, prepare the platform for automation and AI integration, and work with architecture/security teams on governance and licensing. |

Required Qualifications
