Job description & Roles and responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect in any location available responsible for:

SharePoint Online Architecture

• Assisting in designing and maintaining a scalable, secure, and well governed information architecture.
• Leading migrations, modernisation, and platform consolidation.
• Establishing site lifecycle governance and automation.
• Improving performance, usability, and findability across sites.

Microsoft Viva Platform Enablement

• Architecting, deploying and optimising Viva tools within Client.
• Enhancing the digital employee experience and engagement.
• Integrating Viva with organisational communications and HR systems.

Microsoft Purview Governance & Compliance

• Assist in implementing data classification, retention, DLP, and insider risk controls.
• Assist in designing a compliant, sustainable information governance model.
• Supporting regulatory adherence and audit-readiness.
• Improving data lifecycle management across member firms.
• Build up additional skill set in the Purview space as currently limited.

Copilot & Knowledge AI Integration

• Assist in architecting enterprise knowledge frameworks to support Copilot.
• Assisting in implementing, knowledge sources, and governance for AI.
• Ensuring secure, compliant access to organisational knowledge.
• Alongside the DMI team, driving adoption and optimisation of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Client Governance compliance

• Participate in the authoring of compliance required documentation and assistance in the TOM, ARC and SSDLC processes as they relate to M365 Collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Has an fundamental understanding of M365 administration.
• Solid foundation skills on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview tools
