Responsibilities

• In the operation of Microsoft 365, you ensure stable and reliable environments
• In case of incidents, you analyze causes, sustainably resolve disruptions, and cleanly implement changes
• You actively participate in problem management and ensure clear operational processes
• You competently support customers in the introduction of M365 solutions
• You independently take over the further development of existing environments and the assurance of performance and security

Qualifications

• You have completed training in the field of IT
• You have at least three years of experience in operating Microsoft 365
• You have in-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, and Teams
• You have gained experience in introducing M365 services to customers
• You think structurally, act responsibly, and have flawless written and spoken German skills
