Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd level support for complex M365, MS Teams, and Communication scenarios
• Advising our customers on best practices in Teams, Communication, and Enterprise Voice
• Active participation in migration and lifecycle projects
• Planning, implementation, and operation of Microsoft Teams environments with a focus on Enterprise Voice
• Integration of telephony solutions (Direct Routing, Operator Connect) and management of voice configurations
• Implementation of security and compliance requirements for Teams and Communication scenarios
• Troubleshooting and 3rd level support for complex Teams and Voice scenarios
• Automation of processes and configurations using PowerShell

Profile

• Completed vocational training with a focus on IT (ideally IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Desired certifications: MS-900, MS-700, or MS-721
• Profound knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with SBCs (Session Border Controllers), telephony concepts, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with security concepts (ideally CIS)
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and enjoyment of customer projects
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) in speaking and writing
