As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will support Geotab's mergers and acquisitions by identifying opportunities and executing transactions. This role involves building relationships with investment banks, performing financial modeling, and managing corporate reporting materials for the Investment Committee. Your analysis of industry trends will play a crucial role in aligning potential acquisitions with Geotab’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Knowledge of M&A processes and deal structuring
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in financial analysis tools such as Excel
