We are partnering with a top-tier independent investment bank – widely regarded as one of the most prestigious advisory-focused platforms globally – to identify exceptional M&A talent for their Frankfurt office.

This is a rare opportunity to join a pure-play advisory firm known for its outstanding deal flow, elite client base, and meritocratic culture. The team advises on complex cross-border transactions across sectors, with a particular strength in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT).

What You'll Be Doing

• Executing live M&A mandates across sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory
• Leading financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction documentation
• Direct exposure to senior bankers and client interaction from day one
• Working on high-profile, cross-border transactions in a lean, high-impact team

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of M&A / Investment Banking experience
• Background at a Tier 1 investment bank (Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, or top European house)
• Fluent German (business-level) and English – both essential
• Strong technical skills (valuation, financial modelling, transaction execution)
• Sector-agnostic mindset with interest or experience in TMT a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude; thrives in a lean, high-performance environment
