About

As a Machine Learning Software Engineer, you’ll join our 11-person product team, reporting to the Head of Engineering and collaborating closely with our CEO. You’ll play a key role in designing and building innovative generative AI applications that empower training, management, and coaching for commercial and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay at the forefront of innovation by actively tracking and analyzing the latest trends in generative AI technologies
• Design and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to explore new ideas and validate technical approaches
• Build and deploy real-world business applications that bring tangible value to top-tier companies and household-name brands like Procter&Gamble, Orange or LG

What You’ll Need to Shine

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning principles and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Data wrangling wizardry: Feature engineering, normalization, missing data handling, model evaluation
• Fluent in JavaScript, Python and PHP Symfony
• Experience with AI libraries
• Bonus points for experience with Knowledge Graphs, NLP, Langchain, and Prompt Engineering
• Comfortable integrating with models like OpenAI, LLaMA, and others
