Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mailchimp Campaign Manager to actively monitor, manage, and optimize our email marketing operations.

This is not a basic email role. We need someone who understands campaign performance, audience segmentation, deliverability, list health, and continuous optimization**.

Your responsibility is to ensure Mailchimp is running as a high-performing, revenue-generating channel—not just a sending tool.

Scope of Work

You will: • Monitor all Mailchimp campaigns, audiences, and automations on an ongoing basis • Optimize audience segmentation and targeting strategy • Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions • Manage list hygiene (remove inactive contacts, prevent list decay) • Identify and resolve deliverability issues (spam risk, domain reputation, etc.) • Recommend and implement campaign improvements (timing, frequency, messaging structure) • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and opt-in best practices • Manage campaign scheduling and execution consistency • Continuously test and refine subject lines, content, and CTAs

Required Experience • Proven experience managing Mailchimp at scale (5,000+ contacts preferred) • Strong understanding of email marketing performance metrics and optimization • Experience improving deliverability and inbox placement • Deep knowledge of segmentation, tagging, and audience management • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
