Maintenance Manager Mechanical (Crane)

The Maintenance Manager Mechanical (Crane) ensures delivery of high quality maintenance and repair services while meeting safety, quality, timelines, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient operations
• Oversee crane and facility maintenance
• Manage personnel (hiring, training, discipline)
• Drive performance and continuous improvement
• Plan and schedule maintenance
• Maintain CMMS (Maximo)
• Communicate maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with safety programs

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or trade in a Mechanical field

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/engineering leadership
