Who are we?

The Managed Learning Services (MLS) team provides dedicated and specialized services to different clients, working directly with TELUS Digital and external clients to identify business needs and deliver solutions that target performance gaps, strategic opportunities, and business challenges.

What is this role?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective role‑based training programs to TFG employees across all levels, including corporate staff members. This role involves facilitating training sessions designed to enhance our associates' skills, knowledge, and performance in using TFG platforms and processes. This person will also support the creation of learning materials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as role‑playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on trainee progress and performance.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Track and analyze course evaluations and training program effectiveness, tracking and evaluating trends, and adjusting training materials based on feedback and training results.
  • Support the program during periods of low facilitation by assisting with tasks such as analytics or learning coordination as needed.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality innovative enablement content in a variety of formats and modalities.
