Your Role

To build our team, we are looking for a Managed Services Engineer (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate new security solutions and transfer existing ones into managed services.
• Monitor customer systems and diagnose and resolve problems with a focus on the Sophos product portfolio.
• Regularly validate and install security and firmware updates, perform proactive health checks, and maintain documentation.
• Create and present security reports, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Support strategy consulting and vulnerability analysis of customer systems.
• Support short- and long-term project work in IT security and networks, such as firewall system migrations.
• Continuously train and certify in IT security.

What You Bring

• Analytical or technical educational background, e.g., training in IT and IT security.
• Initial professional experience in information technology and/or IT security.
• Initial experience with the Sophos product portfolio is mandatory; manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Initial experience in administration, use, and implementation of IT security solutions and network infrastructures.
• Strong analytical skills combined with high problem-solving competence.
• High team spirit, good communication skills with various stakeholders, and willingness to develop.
• Good spoken and written English skills for communication with international colleagues are preferred.
