Management Accountant (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Costing, variance analysis, and margin analysis within a manufacturing setting
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitoring and improving cost efficiencies across production
• Inventory analysis and stock reconciliations
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial controls
• Partnering with operations to drive performance and profitability

What You’ll Bring

• Completed SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA articles
• 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cost accounting and stock processes
  • Bills of materials (BOMs) and standard costing
  • Financial reporting and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Syspro, or similar) preferred
