Management Accountant | Manufacturing Specialist

We’re looking for a true manufacturing finance professional, someone who understands cost drivers, production realities, and margin at a granular level.

A product-based manufacturing business where finance partners closely with operations. You’ll work alongside a costing team, with a strong focus on turning numbers into commercial insight and performance improvement.

The Role

A commercial, insight-driven position focused on turning operational and financial data into real business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Full management reporting with sharp, actionable commentary
• Detailed variance analysis across production and performance
• Costing & contribution analysis (product, customer, region)
• Partnering directly with production, operations & leadership
• Budgeting & forecasting aligned to manufacturing realities
• Multi-entity and performance analysis (including exports)

What We Need

• Completed CIMA (preferred)
• CA(SA) welcome (with strong manufacturing exposure)
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in:
  • Costing & margin analysis
  • Management reporting
  • Budgeting & forecasting
• ERP experience essential (Syspro advantageous)
• Stable career history (no job hoppers)
