Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate)

The MIL Corporation is looking for a Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) to support a Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process HR-related actions and documentation in support of staff and leadership.
  • Manage facilities-related issues, including submitting service requests and placing necessary orders.
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support for meetings, events, and leadership engagements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports to support operational and program oversight.
  • Monitor, track, and coordinate responses for CGFS taskers to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with client personnel, other government agencies, and vendors at all levels.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluate techniques to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent research and briefing skills.
  • CGFM or other relevant professional certifications.

Education

  • BA/BS

Clearance

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.

Compensation

  • For this position, the projected compensation range is $128,000 - $136,680.26 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
