About
We are seeking a Management Analyst with a strong background in business process documentation, scrum master responsibilities, and project management. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will support key initiatives, create visual content like workflow diagrams, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and contribute to project tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare for and participate in the Monthly Product Owner Syncs, ensuring key achievements, ongoing activities, and discussion items are highlighted.
- Prepare and update Monthly Status Reports (MSR), capturing team achievements, ongoing deliverables, and upcoming activities.
- Maintain and update the feature and story backlog in ServiceNow/JIRA, ensuring accurate documentation of created and prioritized work.
- Provide updates on prioritizing epics under SMR (Monthly), including status, risks/issues, and accomplishments.
Requirements Tracking & ServiceNow Support
- Support Requirements Gathering by outlining/tracking requirements, documenting next steps, and maintaining corresponding trackers.
- Consolidate requirements gathered during meetings and distribute them to the appropriate teams prior to the next meeting.
- Prepare and log user stories in ServiceNow Agile and JIRA based on gathered requirements.
- Assist with team coordination, consolidating next steps and communicating them via team channels.
Facilitation & Leadership
- Facilitate meetings, capturing requirements and action items in real-time while screen-sharing when needed.
- Support the team in reviewing action items from previous meetings, with the stretch goal of leading discussions.
Documentation & Communication
- Work with the ServiceNow Developers and DevOps specialists to develop comprehensive technical documentation for all development and operational processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
- Design and conduct training sessions with the project team for end users to enhance understanding and utilization of new systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related filed, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related functional analyst, business analyst, or IT service management role.
Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in preparing project reports, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation in ServiceNow Agile and JIRA.
- Experience with DevOps processes, particularly the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle, and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab.
- Experience with DevOps processes in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with government clients, particularly DMDC or related defense sectors.
Pay
$81,261.01 - $97,862.72 per year
