Job Title: Account Manager / Customer Success Manager – Azure & Microsoft 365 Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Department: Customer Success / Sales Role Summary We are seeking an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships for our Azure and Microsoft 365 customer portfolio. The role is responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term account growth. This is a revenue-focused position centered on identifying upsell opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving adoption of cloud services.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of Azure and Microsoft 365 customer accounts Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with structured usage and roadmap discussions Build relationships with IT leaders and business stakeholders Maintain expansion pipeline and forecast account growth Act as the primary strategic advisor for assigned customers Coordinate with internal teams to align delivery with customer goals Track customer health metrics and engagement Identify risks early and implement retention plans Required Skill Sets Communication and executive presence Relationship-building and stakeholder management Persuasion and negotiation Strategic thinking Ownership and accountability
