Manager, AI Solutions Architect

We are excited to invite a passionate individual to join our AI & Digital organization as a Manager, AI Solutions Architect. This role is pivotal as we continue to push the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain AI architecture and technology components aligned with cutting-edge industry advancements; ensure regular updates in accordance with firm standards and alliance ecosystem changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists to plan, design, and implement innovative AI experiments and solutions.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation using various ecosystem vendors and platforms, documenting technical specifications and outcomes of each experiment.
• Design and define strategies for implementing Knowledge Assistants and AI Agents.
• Formulate approaches for evaluating AI systems and models, including automated tests and benchmarks, and work closely with KPMG functions for successful implementation.
• Engage with relevant functional stakeholders (Audit, Tax & Advisory) to ensure AI technical guidance and solutions are aligned with functional priorities.
• Uphold KPMG’s values of integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in AI solutions development.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and methodologies, with proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities to effectively interface with diverse teams, enabling a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Awareness of the latest AI marketplace developments, with the agility to adapt architecture as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
