Your Responsibilities

• Coordination of the entire bidding process – from tender to timely submission
• Creation and calculation of technical bids in close coordination with specialist departments
• Communication with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and bid content
• Quality assurance and documentation of bid documents, including internal reviews
• Strategic bid design with a focus on economic efficiency, feasibility, and customer added value

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Experience in bid and/or change order management, project management, or technical sales
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally also with tendering and calculation tools
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a good understanding of technical contexts
