Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic, to join our Biddable Media team. The Manager role is expected to demonstrate a strong working understanding of programmatic activation, media formats, campaign types and measurement frameworks. These skills will be applied to drive health and wellness client goals, and manage day-to-day programmatic execution, optimization and reporting support for assigned accounts.

The Manager, Programmatic, role is critical to both daily client operations and internal team success. This role helps steer regular campaign management for assigned clients while helping junior team members build the skills necessary to be self-sufficient tactically and in-platform.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires an advanced understanding of push and pull marketing tactics, and robust in-platform experience spanning programmatic platforms and campaign types. These skills will be crucial in supporting the following operations:
- Planning: Support landscape, competitor and trend analyses used to inform broader programmatic recommendations. Help curate essential data to assess market dynamics alongside agency team members, clients, and agency partners.
- Development: Support established in-platform best practices across assigned campaigns, including campaign setup, audience application, creative trafficking, pixels/tags, inventory settings, pacing inputs and QA checks. Share platform guidance with junior team members to help build tactical and in-platform skills.
- Optimization: Execute recurring campaign optimizations and flag opportunities based on pacing, delivery, frequency, inventory, placement, audience, creative and performance trends. Identify relevant tests, betas or platform updates to discuss with Supervisors.
- Stewardship: Support day-to-day account management for assigned campaigns with guidance from Supervisors and senior team members. Help prepare client updates, capture next steps, track deliverables and support campaign communications. Maintain campaign documentation, budget trackers, monthly actuals, invoice details and pacing materials to help keep assigned campaigns organized and accurate.
- Reporting: Support recurring reporting and data analysis for assigned clients. Review data pulls, formulas and figures for accuracy, help QA junior team member inputs and support Supervisors in developing performance narratives, actionable insights and next steps.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing and/or reporting on programmatic campaigns, with experience in one or more DSPs or programmatic platforms, such as: DeepIntent, PulsePoint, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting healthcare or pharmaceutical programmatic campaigns is a plus, including exposure to:
- Health-specific DSPs such as DeepIntent or PulsePoint
- Reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or similar tools
- Measurement partners such as Crossix, IQVIA, DeepIntent Outcomes or similar solutions
- Additional programmatic formats or environments such as OLV, CTV, audio, digital out-of-home, EHR or point-of-care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with audience strategy, data partner inputs, brand safety, privacy-safe targeting, tagging, pacing and campaign QA
- Understanding of Programmatic, Digital Display and traditional media elements and their interconnectedness within a marketing strategy
- Experience supporting or managing in-platform campaign builds, account settings and pre-launch QA
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage large data sets
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated spirit
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and comfort working with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Work Environment
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
