Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Contract Management team in Stuttgart
• Definition, optimization and training of process flows in the department
• Ensuring internal departmental and corporate communication
• Support with all commercial questions during the bidding phase including commercial bid calculation via benchmarks
• Collaboration in the preparation of the risk analysis regarding commercial, financial and fiscal aspects
• Responsible for compliance and follow-up of all commercial aspects within the project execution and timely reporting according to internal regulations (e.g. cash flow, late payments, potential litigation, budget overruns, etc.)

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
• Many years of professional experience in handling large projects
• Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS
• People Management experience a plus
• Business fluent in German and English
• Strong persuasive and assertive skills
