Your Missions

The projects led with our clients address varied needs such as redefining operational models for engineering, optimizing the performance of engineering processes and activities, improving product competitiveness, ensuring digital continuity throughout a product's lifecycle, and considering sustainable development and eco-design challenges...

You will be involved in projects across all sectors (Automotive, Life Science, Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Luxury, etc.) for engineering entity leaders.

Here are some examples of recent successful projects led by our consultants:

• Scoping of Digital Twin use cases for a renewable energy industrial company.
• Support for the entire digital transformation of a nuclear engineering firm through the implementation of an end-to-end digital management solution.
• Identification of improvement areas to reduce a product's environmental impact during its design phase using a Design-To-Value approach.
• Scoping and implementation of an end-to-end PLM solution for one of the world's leading high-tech players.
• Scoping and implementation of an accelerator for deploying innovative digital tools for a subsidiary of an aeronautics leader.

Your Profile

As a Manager:

• You are in charge of part or all of the projects for which you will have to guarantee the quality of the service, the achievement of commitments and their success (planning, budget; risks and customer satisfaction).
• You will contribute to business development by acquiring accounts or by cross-selling within existing accounts with the support of all the firm's teams.
• You will contribute to the animation of our community, and to the influence of the firm's know-how (publications, interventions...).
• You have 7+ years of professional experience acquired in a consulting firm, within an engineering department, a design office, an R&D center or in a project management role with a management and talent development dimension.
• You have strong expertise in one of the target sectors (energy, aero, auto...) and knowledge of the issues and challenges.
• You have analytical rigor, a synthetic mind, interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to convince orally and in writing.
• You show curiosity for digital issues and you speak fluent English and French.
• And above all, you want to join a close-knit team already composed of more than 50 consultants and experts passionate about the challenges of Digital Transformation of Engineering.
