Job Description
Job Title: Manager Construction and Renovation France H/F
Reporting to: Director of Construction and Renovation Europe
Mission: You will be responsible for organizing and monitoring (technical, administrative, and financial management) renovation projects for cottages and central facilities at the 7 parks in France. You will be responsible for:
- Work on detailed information that informs contractors and suppliers in tenders and during realization.
- Works closely with park management on existing sites to streamline the works and respect local regulations.
- Responsible for implementing all regulations, such as safety, security, etc.
- Day-to-day management of parties involved in construction plus parties that deliver items that are not part of the construction works such as interior.
- Prepare and detail construction works, such as planning, logistics, detailing construction, hiring contractors, advisors, and/or supervisors.
- Tender, together with the Project Manager, Manager Pricing & Preparation, and the Purchasing Department, respective parts of the construction works.
- Manage and control all construction / renovation works on the sites of FR.
- Prepare general construction meetings with parties involved.

Candidate Criteria
Required Education:
- Mastère or equivalent
Required Experience:
- 6 to 10 years
Skills:
- Senior level as a manager, realization of residential renovation and experience with realization/renovation of public buildings.
- At least 5 years' experience in construction and project management.
- Recognized for your behavior, management priorities, and your methodical mind.
- The Construction/Renovation Manager FR has broad experience to lead projects and has the skills to understand various demands that are the result of the exploitation of holiday parks by Center Parcs.
- Curious, you are able to make suggestions on technological and material developments.
- You have a good work ethic and you know how to make yourself available during busy periods.
- You are able to communicate, both orally and in writing, with a variety of external parties.
