We’re looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager, Customer Service & Analytics to join our New York City team. Reporting in to the Vice President, this role sits at the intersection of client experience, data, and operations, bringing clarity to performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects the level of service we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational improvements
  • Analyze trends across client inquiries, returns, and service patterns
  • Partner with eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to identify and resolve systemic issues
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Support and elevate the client experience across phone, email, SMS, and chat
  • Act as a trusted resource across product, services, and policies
  • Help drive conversion, retention, and overall service excellence

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical thinker with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Able to move between data and execution with ease
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or retail environments
  • Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced setting
  • Personally aligned with the brand—an appreciation for jewelry, piercing, and the client experience is a meaningful plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
  • We are also open to more senior (Sr. Manager-level) candidates, with compensation commensurate with experience
