The Defense Infrastructure Service (SID) is the organization responsible for supporting the real estate domain of the Ministry of the Armed Forces. As a single point of contact for construction, maintenance, energy, and administrative and technical management of the heritage, it is involved in the entire lifecycle of defense infrastructure.

Missions

Integrated into the infrastructure team under the responsibility of the project director, the project manager assists the coordinating general officer in the following missions:

  • Lead progress meetings with designated regional representatives and ensure follow-up of resulting actions.
  • Make decisions, in conjunction with regional representatives, according to the delegated scope and thresholds.
  • Prepare the necessary elements for decision-making by the program's governance bodies.
  • Participate in the financial and budgetary monitoring of the program.
  • Advise authorities on matters within their scope.
  • Participate in preparatory committee meetings.
  • Participate in program risk management.
  • Participate in various steering meetings with departments, services, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Participate in activities necessary for the smooth operation of the service.
  • Participate in the document management of the program directorate.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher education from an engineering school.
  • Operational experience is essential.
  • Previous experience desirable in project ownership, complex project management, or airport infrastructure.
