Electrical Engineering Team Lead

About the Role

Seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to support the delivery of a wide range of institutional buildings and infrastructure projects across Western Canada.

Projects span sectors including healthcare, transportation, industrial, municipal, institutional, defense, and public infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects from planning and design through construction administration.
• Manage operational resources, schedules, budgets, and team deliverables.
• Support business development initiatives, proposal writing, and strategic planning activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support long-term business growth.
• Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and team development.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and project execution.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for registration in additional provinces.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering consulting, including leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience is an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Western Canada.
