We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (m/f/d) for a vacancy with one of our clients, a renowned company in mechanical engineering. The client is globally known for its excellent solutions in pump technology and is characterized by many years of experience and innovative manufacturing techniques.

In this position, you will take on a central role in the technical and personnel management of the engineering departments. You will contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of technical processes and work directly for our client in an attractive permanent position. Responsibilities

• You will manage the "Customized Engineering" and "Serial Products" departments technically and personally.
• You will monitor constructive progress and check the feasibility of solutions.
• You will support the implementation of engineering designs and control the work results.
• You will set priorities and act in a solution-oriented manner to achieve goals.
• You will act cost-consciously and actively drive process improvements.
• You will organize training and qualification measures for your team.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical degree and have at least 3 years of experience in design engineering.
• You possess strong leadership skills and can demonstrate them.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You are proficient in using Office 365 and calculation programs.
• You ideally have knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• You have strong technical and design skills.
