What You’ll Do

PMO Leadership 25% • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10‑12 project managers, finance analysts, and reporting specialists.
• Drive resource planning, skill‑alignment, and workload balancing.

Project Management Oversight & Governance 20% • Guide project teams through the full lifecycle (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
• Enforce standardized tools, templates, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage intake, prioritization, approvals, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
Continuous Improvement 25% • Evaluate and evolve PMO processes, adopting best‑practice trends (Lean, Six‑Sigma, Agile, hybrid).
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors to deliver Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) enhancements.
• Lead initiatives that reduce cost, boost efficiency, and improve service delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Communication 20% • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
• Serve as escalation point for risks, issues, and status concerns.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and transparent communication plans.
Hands‑On Project Delivery 10% • Own end‑to‑end O2C and AP projects (automation, system upgrades, process redesign).
• Produce detailed project plans, KPI tracking, status reports, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements Desired Extras
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. • PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2 certification.
• Lean / Six‑Sigma Green or Black Belt.
Experience – 5+ years in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
5+ years managing end‑to‑end O2C or P2P projects.
3+ years of full‑cycle people‑management (directly supervising up to 12 staff).
1+ year of hands‑on O2C/P2P operational experience.
• Background in Financial Shared Services or Logistics/Transportation.
• Proven track record with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
Skills – Strong project‑management methodology knowledge, process‑improvement expertise, stakeholder‑management, and excellent communication. • Experience driving large‑scale transformation in a logistics or transportation environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations and Shared Services domain
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end projects across Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes and systems
  • 3+ years of direct, full-cycle leadership and people management experience, including relevant PMO leadership responsibilities
  • 1+ years of practical, operational experience in order to cash or procure to pay
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, program management and project planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
