Requirements

• Proven senior experience in children’s residential care
• Preferred prior experience as Registered Manager
• Level 3 or Level 4 Children’s Residential qualification
• Willingness to pursue Level 5 Leadership qualification
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
