Manager IT – Operations & Infrastructure (m/w/d)

About Our Client

Our client is an internationally active high-tech company in the semiconductor industry and one of the leading development and production sites in its technology sector. As part of ongoing organizational and technological development, we are currently seeking an experienced Manager IT – Operations & Infrastructure (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure and central IT services in a 24x7 environment
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of IT engineers
• Further development of structures, processes, and methods in line with modern DevOps approaches
• Responsibility for monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization of the system landscape
• Planning, initiation, and cross-functional control of IT projects in close cooperation with specialist departments and production
• Participation in the introduction and assurance of IT security guidelines, standards, and compliance requirements
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders in a technology-driven environment

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification with an IT focus
• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-oriented environment
• Initial or well-founded leadership experience
• Very good knowledge in the areas of: IT infrastructure, Linux and Windows systems, Networks & Cyber Security, DevOps methods and tools, Container technologies, Cloud Services / Microsoft 365
• Structured and solution-oriented approach as well as strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills in German and English
