Job Summary
The Manager of Digital Content is responsible for executing digital marketing and content initiatives that support audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS) and its sub-brands, including ScholarsEdge. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role plays a key executional role in campaign delivery, content production, and digital channel management. While initially focused on executing established marketing strategies and campaigns, this position is expected to grow into increased ownership of campaign planning and paid media strategy over time, demonstrated through successful execution, optimization, and performance outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution and Paid Media Development
- Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion across IHS brands, with a primary focus on ScholarsEdge.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Implement A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Contribute to campaign planning and progressively take on ownership of discrete campaigns or channels based on performance and demonstrated capability.
