Role Description
We are seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead and oversee engineering operations at Med Associates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgia, VT. In this role, you will manage engineering teams, coordinate project timelines, oversee product development, and ensure quality standards across all engineering operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine existing products and develop new solutions that align with customer needs and technological advancements. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering innovation, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Leadership skills, including team management, project scheduling, and resource allocation
- Expertise in product development, quality assurance, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Proven experience with engineering tools, methodologies, and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with research methodologies in behavioral psychology, pharmacology, or neuroscience is a plus
