Role
The Manager of Outpatient Services oversees planning, administration, and management of outpatient services while maintaining a limited active caseload. This role involves supervising Adult Outpatient Services Clinicians and providing individual and group psychotherapy. Responsibilities also include:
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating department personnel
- Ensuring adherence to documentation standards and quality improvement metrics
- Managing resources within budget constraints
- Maintaining agency credibility in the community
- Overseeing the clinical aspects of grant funds
- Participating in meetings, trainings, and events as required
Requirements
- Masters' degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field (required)
- NH licensure for independent practice (required)
- Experience with assessment and diagnosing (required)
- Experience with crisis intervention (preferred)
- Three years management experience (required; may be offset by other relevant experience)
- Demonstrated financial/budget management skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and use discretion in performance of these duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Valid driver's license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation (required)

Requirements
