Manager of Platform Engineering (Hands-On Technical Leader)

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing support of scalable, high-availability application environments. This role combines technical leadership with day-to-day ownership of modern infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the build, release, and operation of large-scale, highly available applications
• Manage Windows-based environments including server configuration, deployment, and IIS administration
• Lead container orchestration efforts using Kubernetes (AKS), including setup, tuning, and maintenance
• Drive CI/CD processes and automation using modern DevOps toolchains
• Support code versioning, release workflows, and deployment pipelines
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, primarily using PowerShell
• Ensure strong understanding and application of networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP/S, load balancing, and TCP/IP
