As Manager of Program Management, you ensure that our internal processes, systems, and projects run smoothly and continuously evolve.

You lead a dedicated team, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation across all areas.

You are the driving force behind professional project management standards, efficient planning, and knowledge sharing within the company – always with an eye for improvement and a heart for innovation.

Your Tasks:

• Development, planning, and maintenance of a program roadmap
• Ensuring innovation capability in program management
• Guaranteeing high project management standards
• Realistic planning and budgeting of projects and programs
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with project budgets
• Development of standards for onboarding and training new employees
• Introduction and operation of a knowledge management system
• Optimization of continuous improvement processes
• Close collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• A successfully completed degree in project management or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project and process management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing employees and teams
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt (desirable)
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• High performance orientation and strong conceptual strength
• A reliable, committed personality with great dedication to customers, team, and company
