Your Responsibilities in Our Team

  • Central support of selected operational units including regular management coordination and proactive consulting on marketing strategy, target groups, and market development.
  • Recording, prioritizing, and managing all marketing requirements, including planning and implementing sales-oriented measures, campaigns, projects, and central brand initiatives.
  • Ensuring a brand-compliant external image, maintaining branch websites, and implementing standardized marketing services according to defined SLAs.
  • Concept development, process development, and project controlling (KPIs, quality, business case, change) as well as contributing to the further development of the marketing service portfolio and surveys.
  • Identification and implementation of new marketing and product ideas to strengthen the brand and competitive position.
  • Regular on-site visits to supported branches (approx. 20-50%).

What You Bring With You

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or in an interface-intensive role with customer contact.
  • In-depth understanding of different business models and operational processes, as well as strong consulting, communication, and moderation skills.
  • Structured, service-oriented, and reliable working method, complemented by independent, solution-oriented action and confident stakeholder management - even in complex situations.
  • Confident use of digital tools and marketing technologies, as well as initial experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Willingness to undertake regular business trips.
