Role Overview

This is a very visible role working with Stakeholders at all levels. The company is looking for leaders with 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end business processes. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform and hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field. The company offers a great relocation package for those willing to relocate to Virginia.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Virginia.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end business processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Strong JDE functional knowledge across Manufacturing, HR, and Finance and an understanding of JDE architecture.
• Comprehensive product management experience spanning the full lifecycle, from market research, requirements gathering, and data-driven roadmapping to go-to-market execution, along with proven success applying Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence without direct authority.
• Strategic insight into the ERP market, including awareness of technology trends and the ability to align product direction with evolving business needs.
